Amanda & John’s Askham Hall Wedding

Amanda & John are a truly special couple. They have the most generous souls and beautiful personalities, it’s hard not to fall in love with them.

When I first met Amanda, she expressed the importance of photography to them as a family. She wanted to fill her home with beautiful memories of their day. For Amanda & John, their day was more than just a wedding. It was a day that saw two beautiful families come together as one. It was a day to capture the fun & love they all share for each other. They kept the party small – just their children, parents & siblings in fact. The beauty of an intimate wedding is it gives you quality time with your closest loved ones. Amanda & John were able to spend the day with their children, chatting to their parents & relaxing without any stress.

The day was simply beautiful. Askham Hall is situated in amongst acres of picturesque Cumbrian countryside, so finding perfect portrait locations was a breeze. Amanda set aside about 3 hours for us to take photos and have some fun with the family, which was amazing!

I genuinely feel so honoured that Amanda & John asked me to be part of their day. I had the most amazing time wither their gorgeous family. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your day & I wish you all every happiness!
